Hi, my name is Anka Hoerster. I’ve worked with many women and men like you, helping them transform their stressful lives with simple but powerful somatic and meditative skills. The key is not what we do but how we do it.
In my experience, these are the three things that keep many people stuck:

- Losing self-awareness when things get tough (when it’s most needed)

Imagine being skilled at balancing yourself.
I’ve developed some services and courses to show you how to gain more openness, awareness, and smart understanding of your thoughts and sensations and to show you the skills you need to be at ease while also authentic. Too many of us burn out in their busy lives and, though they might be doing exciting things, are not really able to fully enjoy and benefit from them.
You can truly and deeply relax.
Your mind and body already know what you need. Learn to listen to them and learn how to integrate what they long for in skillful ways. This can be surprisingly simple and easy. You won’t have to wonder again about how to relax and maybe even meditate. You can finally stop feeling unhappy about not fitting another relaxation/meditation/yoga class into your full schedule thought these are definitely good.
Life doesn’t need to be exhausting – and shouldn’t be.
Smart and sensitive people like you have their own issues and wisdom. We Westerners can be sharp in our intellect but not very clear in our intuition, in our belly and heart. Nervous thoughts, concern about missing out, of not succeeding, perhaps even the fear of getting sick at some point, make us feel stressed out, scared and uncomfortable.

I imagine that you can’t shoulder one more thing to do and quick fixes don’t work for you anyway. But you might naturally listen up when you hear about genuine, time-tested ways that relieve worry, overwhelm, and sleeplessness. And maybe you’d like to try some of these out.

Let’s take smart steps and find home naturally.
I’ve seen many people transform their thinking and their default, habit-driven lifestyles one step at a time. It doesn’t usually happen overnight and it requires some simple skills to be remembered at times. But it can be so much fun to make your life a beautiful and playful experiment. As soon as you decide to get moving you notice that actually, no day is like another. You can find deep joy and interest in these small steps and at some point, you can find yourself fully at home in a new way of being.
Before you leave here perhaps you’d like to stop for a moment and take just a few long and deep breaths. And then just notice the result, that’s all. So simple – but even just that can relieve and calm a nervous inner state a little bit. As you gain faith in these deceptively simple skills – because of your direct experience that they work – you integrate them automatically into your life, and your life changes for the better.
